After attending Eastbourne College and the University of Hertfordshire, where I gained a BA(Hons) in Business Studies, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 at Ramsay Brown and Partners. After leaving to expand my knowledge at a West End firm, I was delighted to be invited to rejoin the firm as a partner in 1997.
As well as looking after my clients, I regularly write articles and lecture on courses, particularly VTS schemes and more recently, the RCGP’s London Life after VTS.
I live in St. Albans and am married with one daughter, Amelia, born in 2002 and one son, Guy, born in 2004 and a Doberman, Dharma.
I have always enjoyed travelling and with a sister in Hong Kong and cousins in America, I have had plenty of opportunities. I am now looking forward to taking my children to exciting destinations as they get older.
I like to keep fit and go skiing annually with the family. I also enjoy horse riding, walking, gardening and bird watching.
